We’re currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The Inside Sales Rep will be responsible for prospecting to senior level decision makers and IT / PMO leaders to promote and drive sales of all UMT360 products.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Be the "Friendly First Face" of UMT360 shown to any client unfamiliar with our company and the solutions we provide
  • Sell the benefits of the IIPA and IT Financials solutions we provide to existing and potential clients
  • Tenaciously follow-through and prioritize client needs in relation to sales opportunities for the company
  • Conduct product demonstrations to interested clients via our web based conferencing tools
  • Quantify and qualify target companies in relation to their need for our products
  • Build credibility and a strong working relationship with decision makers who do not show an interest in our product line, but may need our solutions at some point in the future
  • Contact and generate interest from prospects attained through telemarketing campaigns
  • Partner with enterprise field reps to synch up on sales strategy, expectations, timing, etc.
  • Assist regional sales managers in responding to RFP’s and RFI’s
  • Address existing client concerns as part of managing the relationship
  • Utilize the company CRM (Client Relationship Management) software solution to track and record all activity within the territory

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 6+ years of successful experience as inside sales quota-carrying rep for complex products and services.
  • Understanding of the business drivers and buying process in complex enterprise.
  • Documented success in turning unqualified leads into revenues.
  • Articulate, friendly, optimistic, goal oriented and success driven.
  • Familiar with the working dynamics of a large corporate departments CxO, Purchasing, HR, IT.
  • Innate sense of what is important and what is not in the context of the sales cycle.
  • Expert communication skills, verbal and written
  • Be self-motivated and goal oriented toward your career
  • Organization and time management skills
  • College degree
