We are pleased to announce the release of the UMT360 for SharePoint 2013 SP1 (2014 release) – Cumulative Update 1 / CU1. Cumulative Updates include all previously released public updates and private hotfixes. UMT strongly recommends that any patch and release is validated in a non-production environment first before being applied to production environments.

Here’s the list of fixes and improvements addressed:

  • Core Financial Capabilities
    • Added the ability to set the number of decimals displayed (between 0 and 6) based on a Global Option
    • Addressed issues with the read-only of a Financial Dimension not being properly handled across multiple Enterprise Financials Types using that same Financial Dimension, which could lead to incorrect warnings when creating Change Requests
    • Eliminated the need for the View Approvers Project Server permission for users submitting a Change Request
    • Added the ability to maximize financial grids for easier editing and visualization
    • Added the Change Request Description field to the approval emails
