We’re pleased to announce the availability of 360 Portfolio Insights v6.6 – Product Update 6 (PU6). Product Updates include all previously released public updates and private hotfixes. We strongly recommend that any patch and release is validated in a non-production environment first before being applied to production environments.
Here is a list of changes that will be introduced with this update:
- Strategy Hub
- Added the ability to extend the End Date of existing strategic objectives
- Roadmap Manager
- Added the ability to format milestones in Timeline roadmaps with custom shapes and colors based on milestone custom field values.
- Added the ability to manage relationships between multiple entity types in a single UMT360 Relationships web part
- Added the ability for users to filter milestones displayed in the UMT360 Milestones web part
- Added a new Dependencies view in the UMT360 Milestones web part where milestone dependencies can be tracked
- Added the ability to capture descriptive information for milestone dependencies in a new Comment field
- Added the ability to display Milestone custom fields in roadmaps
- Fixed issue with entities removed from roadmaps being displayed twice when the Show Related Entities is selected, and the filters are cleared
- Resource Management
- Added the ability to set the Work Week Start Day, Work Days Per Week and Work Hours per Day for each Capacity Template
- Added the ability to filter resources from the My Resources page using Resource Name and whether a resource is Generic or not
- Portfolio Manager
- Added the ability to create plans without the need to complete the Resource Settings configuration step
- Added support for Standard fiscal calendars
- Fixed issue with the timeline axis not being displayed correctly after collapsing all sections in the Plan page
- Core Financial Capabilities
- Fixed issue with financial value aggregation when entity relationships are created using the same entity type
- Fixed issue with removed values being incorrectly displayed on the Change Request Difference View
- Fixed issue with financial category names that contain “&” not being correctly displayed in the Edit Financial Template dialog
- Fixed issue with the granularity of snapshotted values from OData views being impacted when changing the Current Year global setting

- Added the ability to set read-only entity fields by workflow stage
- Added the ability to set required entity fields by workflow stage
- Added the ability to delete automatic snapshots from the Manage Snapshots administration page
- Added the ability to group Portfolio Hub views by Entity Type Name
- Improved the readability of multi-line entity fields in tooltips
- Added the ability to update the Project Name, Description, and Owner intrinsic fields from Microsoft Project using Data Exchange
- Fixed issue with Administrators not being able to delete existing users from the Manage Users page
- Fixed issue with setting read-only surveys on workflow stages
- Fixed issue with Manage Groups page not working while having an invalid Owner set for an existing group
- Added a Granularity GUID and Granularity Name in the EntitySettings OData view
- Added the Microsoft Project intrinsic fields Name, Owner, Description, Workflow Stage and Workflow Phase to the SnapshotCustomFieldValues OData view
- Programmability
- Added the ability to programmatically read multiple entity fields at the same time in the definition of workflows
- Added the ability to programmatically read Snapshot Assignments, Snapshot Assignments Timeline, and Snapshot Assignment Field Values
- Invalid values can no longer be programmatically set for financial custom fields with option sets or lookup tables
- Zero values can no longer be programmatically set on resource assignments
